Radar Engineer

Design, develop, and optimize radar sensing systems.
Test, evaluate, and continuously improve radar performance.
Integrate radar hardware and software into UAV platforms or other systems.
CT Verse is developing a program aligned with Vietnam’s broader aerospace and advanced technology initiative. Our mission is to build reliable, high performance launch systems for scientific research, technology demonstration, and future space applications.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (with possible travel to test and launch sites).
Build and implement signal processing algorithms for detection and collision avoidance.
We are seeking highly motivated and technically strong Radar Engineers to support the design, development, and testing of radar sensing solutions for UAV applications. We welcome candidates with a strong background in Electrical Engineering who are passionate about advancing radar technologies.

Understanding of advanced radar transmit/receive chains, signal processing pipelines, and detection theory.
Hands- on experience with MATLAB/Simulink.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with great attention to detail.
Understanding of target detection and tracking algorithms.
Experience in antenna design, RF component design.
Proficiency in digital signal processing (DSP).
Knowledge of phased array fundamentals and RF hardware.
Experience in PCB schematic design and layout.
Proficiency in RF measurements (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes).
Experience in embedded programming (C/C++, Python, or equivalent).

Working time is 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
