Responsible for beauty clinic’s monthly target sales, support old customer and approach new customers.
Quickly report any problems that arise out of the Beauty Clinic&039;s control to the General Director.
Monitor products and equipment used in beauty clinic to ensure maximum profitability.
Proposing improvements in all areas to develop for beauty Clinic.
Supporting consulting staff to answer complicated questions/ requests and service packages for customers.
Report revenue, operating status of equipment and spending budget.
Coordinate with Marketing to build business plans, promotions to encourage customers to use the service.
Recruit, train, build and develop a team of staff, implement regulations, maintain to build and develop a professional customer service culture.
Supervise the beauty clinic&039;s operating procedures, safety and health regulations, the quality of products provided and beauty clinic’s services.
