In this position, you will: Participate in the early stage of setting up new factory, building team and driving success.
Ensure the creation of production plans based on customer orders and production capabilities to ensure daily operations align with integrated management system (IMS) requirements and relevant standards:
LST EN ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
LST EN ISO 13485 (Medical Device Quality Management)
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Represent these processes in internal and external audits and participate in scheduled inventories and present results.
Prepare reports, analyze performance indicators (KPIs), and propose solutions to improve process efficiency.
Participate in process improvement and performance analysis activities.
LST EN ISO 27001 (Information Security Management)
LST EN ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
Coordinate the storage and timely shipment of finished products to customers.
Collaborate with the central procurement department regarding purchase orders (PO), delivery schedules, and priorities.
Manage the production planner and warehouse teams (incoming, issuing, storage processes), ensuring motivation, efficiency, and effective performance.
LST EN ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management)
Address and resolve challenges related to supply, production, or logistics.
Organize the activities of the electronics component and assembly warehouse, including the receipt and issuance of materials to production, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Lead the warehouse team: recruitment, training, scheduling, motivation, and ensuring productivity.
