Position: HR Manager
Working time: Full- time (9:00am- 6:00pm), Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the job, business requirements, or the needs of the organization/department, you may involve various time shifts to coordinate with Canada Team and be available in EST/DST time zone in case of such necessity.

We are looking for a talented HR Manager who will play a strategic and operational role in building and managing the entire HR and Administration system at Helix Mesh.
What You’ll Do
Human Resources
Strategy & Compliance
Provide strategic HR guidance and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
Advise management on labor law risks and implement preventive measures for issues such as workforce reduction, terminations, labor disputes, and regulatory inspections.
Ensure full compliance with the Vietnamese Labor Code (2019) and other labor- related regulations (contracts, working hours, SI/HI/UI, health & safety, etc.).
Operations & Policy Management
Develop, propose, and implement HR processes across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, discipline, and offboarding.
Handle complex employee relations matters including investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring timely and lawful execution.
Draft, update, and regularly audit internal policies, labor regulations, employee handbooks, job descriptions, KPI/OKR systems, and corporate culture documentation.
Recruitment
Directly manage and supervise recruitment activities, including sourcing strategies and interview coordination.
Identify, develop, and optimize recruitment channels based on job requirements.
Performance & Learning Development
Lead company- wide performance management processes: annual appraisals, 360- degree feedback, calibration sessions, and salary review cycles.
Coordinate internal training plans, build employee development pathways, and track learning outcomes.
Compensation, Benefits & Labor Reporting
Manage payroll, bonuses, PIT, SI/HI/UI contributions, year- end tax finalization, and all employee benefits.
Monitor timekeeping, leaves, overtime, allowances, and ensure timely and accurate payroll data.
Address employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, and HR policies.
Employee Records Management
Ensure secure storage, confidentiality, and compliance in document handling.
Oversee all HR documentation including labor contracts, decisions, and employee records.
Administrative
Support internal engagement and cultural initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
Act as the contact point for office services (equipment maintenance, logistics, etc.).
Manage daily office operations: facility management, equipment, supplies, and third- party vendor services.
Maintain and archive administrative documents, internal procedures, and company records.
Coordinate with accounting and liaise with authorities (Social Insurance, Labor Department, etc.) when required.
Ensure company documents and administrative processes comply with legal updates and governmental regulations.
Other Duties
Prepare regular reports on HR and administrative expenses and forecasts.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For
HR management certifications are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
+3 years of experience in a similar managerial position.
Proficient in office software: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (especially Excel/Google Sheets).
Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken (as the role involves direct interaction with the CEO and foreign managers and requires working with documentation in English.
Strong skills in planning, team management, and task execution.
In- depth knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and HR administrative procedures.
High integrity, responsibility, attention to detail, and strong confidentiality awareness.
Excellent problem- solving, communication, motivation, and disciplinary handling skills.
