Responsibilities:
Write daily budget reports on both revenue and costs.
Manage employees in the restaurant.
Recruiting, guiding and training employees.
Plan store development.
Analyze and survey customers.
Caring for and resolving customer complaints.
Manage store operations.
Communicate with diners and mitigate potential conflicts.
Supervise and manage the sales process.
Maintain weekly and monthly payroll for staff.
Job requirments:
Skills and qualifications:
Work experience: 5 years work experience in restaurant management, or similar position.
Leadership skills.
Graduated with a major in business administration.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Good communication ability in English: High level.
Strong knowledge of restaurant management.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of current food and beverage trends.
Organizational skills.
Problem- solving skills.
Clear attention to detail
