Reporting and communication
Customer relationship management: building and maintaining with existing and prospective customers
Market analysis and business development.
Sales target achievement: Developing and implementing strategic to achieve sales target and objective business. Setting sales target for individual team members and monitoring their progress. Analyzing sales data, market trend and competitor activities for growth and improvement.
Operational management.
Team leadership and management: Leading, coaching and mentoring sales team to maximize sales performance and productivity. Conducting sales meeting, performance review and training session for sales staff. Motivating and inspiring the sales team. Recruiting and training sales staff. And Applying A2E into current job.
