Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the day- to- day management of the platform development lifecycle, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will coordinate cross- functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners for the flawless execution of the project.
- Act as the central point of communication for the project team, facilitating collaboration between development, marketing, operations, and leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and status updates for stakeholders.
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan to track progress, focusing on key milestones such as the MVP 1 development and the public beta launch.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Ensure that all project deliverables, particularly the technical platform, are completed according to the finalized framework and technical design.
- Facilitate key project phases, including the internal pilot with Sun Group properties and the subsequent public rollout.

Qualifications (Must- Haves):
- Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from planning and execution to launch and iteration.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross- functional teams (technical, business, marketing).
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the software development or tech industry.
- Excellent understanding of Agile and other project management methodologies.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification.
- Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience managing projects involving cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or API integrations.
