Quản Lý Dự Án (Education)

Main purpose of the role:
• To support the growth of the team by developing resources.
• To identify and develop opportunities in the marketplace.
• To lead our reputable education program, which is licensed from Harvard University, taking responsibility for end- to- end service delivery.
• To create a strategy to scale up the business and monitor functional performance, reaching business goals.
• To supervise Program Manager to develop our community, accelerating brand image and awareness.
• To act as the key, day- to- day interface with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that objectives are met on time with the appropriate quality standards.
• To lead the establishment of the overall success criteria for our programs, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
Requirement:
• Be an honest, exemplary manager, always positive and progressive.
• Proficient in 4 English skills.
• A proven track record of delivering high- quality education program management, having experience in higher education is preferred.
• Have sharp strategic and critical thinking and the ability to set up plans with clear, challenging but feasible and measurable goals.
• Have experience in coaching/training and developing sales team.
• Have strong experience in the management level, excel in developing and monitoring functional team performance.
