* Responsibilities include:
* Keyhinge Toys is a toy manufacturing company specializing in high- quality and safe toy products for global markets. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee and manage our manufacturing operations. This role involves full- cycle production management—from planning, coordination, execution, to shipment. The ideal candidate should be able to independently troubleshoot production issues, improve productivity, ensure product quality, and coordinate effectively with other departments.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the production team.
- Ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
- Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery deadlines.
- Report to senior management on production performance and suggest improvements.
- Manage production costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Resolve production issues promptly and independently.
- Cooperate closely with departments such as Quality Control, Engineering, Warehouse, and Sales
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Collaborate with automation teams to ensure smooth implementation of automated systems.
- Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and compliance with company regulations.

* Job Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management at large- scale manufacturing companies.- Strong problem- solving skills and ability to work independently.- Proven ability to manage the full process from production planning to shipment.- Excellent coordination and communication skills across departments.- Good leadership, team management, and organizational abilities.- Proficient in MS Office and production management systems.- Fluency in Chinese is highly preferred; if not, must have excellent English.- University degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
