Quality Supervisor

- QMS improvement and life. Upgrade company mindset following QMS. In charge to make sure the QMS is conform to the standard ISO
+ Make sure the QMS rules are applied in every department and updated regularly
+ Implement quality based markets requirements (automotive, medical...) inside the QMS to improve it in order to be able to develop those markets
+ In charge to make sure the QMS is conform to the standard ISO 9001:2015 and improve it continuously and to change the mindset of the people regarding the quality approach
+ Claim management and improvement (client & supplier)
+ Review quality document: Manual, Procedure, WI, Forms
+ Increase internal control for every process
- Implement risk analysis approach
- In charge of implementing improvements to reach requirements for Medical (ISO13485) markets/customers, Automotive IATF 16949 would be a plus
- Deploying the quality management tools, create adhesion of the colleagues, and adjust all necessary items to improve the system to the required level
+ Claim, corrective and preventive actions from action plans follow up
+ Report progress of global improvement action plan to The Group
- Lead management meeting, external audit certification, customers’ audit, risk assessment, KPI results, action plans
- Responsible for all customer complaints related to products quality, product performance, packaging and delivery
- QC management responsibility

- Fluently and well established in English (mandatory)
- Skills: Statistics, Analysis, PDCA, ERP (SAP)
- Job knowledge: Quality, QMS, PVC/ Polymers/ Compounding, Lead Auditor ISO 9001, Lead Auditor ISO 13485, ISO 22301, Internal Auditor 14001; IATF 16949 would be a plus
- 05 years at the same role in the function in leading international groups operating in Vietnam. Have experience in industrial work and factory with processes
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Technical
