Quality Officer (Oil, Gas & Chemicals Testing)

To provide training to OGC BU of SGS Vietnam Ltd personnel on all matters affecting Quality Management and Quality Improvement.
To ensure consistency of Quality Management System and the requirements of ISO 17025, 17020 and other standards.
Perform other tasks required by BU/SBU Managers.
To cooperate with National Quality Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System and, to ensure that quality requirements are not compromised by conflicting interests;
To assist business in carrying out satisfactory survey and handling client complaint.
Implement and coordinate with the laboratory/inspection teams to complete the documentation in full compliance with ISO 17025 and ISO 17020 standards.
To receive, communicate information, and participate in the quality audit within the OGC BU, follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and solutions.
To coordinate/supervise with division/department QA to ensure the effectiveness of quality system.
To support Quality Manager in arranging BoA audit and accreditation scope expansion
To look into continuous improvement.
To prepare, review and maintain Quality Management System of OGC BU

Fluent in Chinese preferred
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position preferred
English level B1 (CEFR level) or equivalent
Knowledge of ISO 17025, 17020, quality management and system audit
University degree in Chemistry background (Refer. Analytical Chemistry)
