JOB DESCRIPTION
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi task, strong time management skills, strong analytical skills, experience using statistical tools.
Manages Managers, Supervisors and Engineers.
Develops, implements, and maintains technical quality assurance systems and activities.
Proficient use of technology including MS Office Software Package and Internet resources is expected.
Experienced Quality Manager with implementing and maintaining an ISO9001 or ISO13485 quality systems. Outsourcing and contract manufacturing knowledge and experience dealing with complex electro- mechanical assemblies and sub- assemblies.
DETAILS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve various certifications for the organization as the need arises.
Perform problem solving and implementation of a quality system as per ISO standards.
Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products.
Perform Internal Audits and Supplier Management, along with knowledge of working in inspection environment.
Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality assurance requirements and considerations.
Perform Internal and Supplier Audits.
Management Representative responsibilities for QMS.
Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

− Three or more years’ experience at supervisory or managerial levels of Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment.
− Thorough understanding of continuous process improvement tools.
− Ability to interact with all levels of the organization to promote and improve product and process quality.
− English: Fluency. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
− Detailed knowledge and experience with implementation and management of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems.
Education:
− Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent qualifications based on demonstrated experience.
− Internal Auditor training and certification to ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 13485:2016.
