Quality Manager (Ma Shop)

Working with relevant departments to thoroughly handle arising quality problems including potential risks in the process, errors arise at checking finished products, errors arise at customers.
Improve skill sets of Group Leaders, Engineers and Team Leaders by development through Integrated Training.
Managing/developing procedures, standards, quality control plans, inspection instructions and controlling compliance implementation in production.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management System in order to retain ISO certification.
Statistics, synthesize data of quality indicators continuously to analyze trends to give warnings, appropriate remedial action immediately. Continuously monitor, control and take actions to achieve quality goals.
Maintaining operational control of the department&039;s work in compliance with ISO 9001/IATF16949/TQM quality system standards and company regulations.
Planning to check and monitor continuously the stages in production to ensure detection of quality risks for immediate remedial action.
Organizing the operation and control of the quality for Automotive products.

Good knowledge about Lean culture (5S, Kaizen, Daily management,…).
At least 7 year experience in quality control & quality assurance role of Mechanical/Manufacturing company.
Have responsibility in working and resulting assurance to handle issues.
Experience in building quality standard and managing operations to ensure the quality for products.
Deep understanding the operation process & quality handling between departments, well aware & control risks to avoid errors to next process or customers.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical, Automotive or related technical fields.
Ability to work under high pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks at the same time.
