QA Manager
with details:

Develop and implement the company’s Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Prepare documentation and coordinate with clients for external quality audits.
Monitor and ensure the effective execution of the quality system across all relevant departments.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Plan, execute, and report on product quality inspection activities.
Establish and evaluate KPI for the quality department.

Work Location: Đất Đỏ Industrial Zone, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu
Shuttle Bus: Available from Vũng Tàu City
Preference for candidates with experience in harness or electronics manufacturing
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of statistical reporting
Able to read and use technical English in documentation and communication
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
