Quality Control Senior Specialist (HR Outsourcing Services)

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

Periodically participate in checking/controlling processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Provide QC results to consultants to ensure the quality of payroll services
QC aims to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

Quality of feedback and completion of queries raised by Line Managers/Clients

Operational Excellence

Input for the payroll process if finding the mistakes occur frequently
Coordinate/directly perform the audit works
Improve QC processes and control reports if any to make the QC work is more reliable and efficient
To target to all required clients are reviewed by QC as designed process and result is to be completed and shared with Line Managers & Consultants on monthly basis
To prepare/revise templates/update ISO process for QC to reflect current situation

Solid experience in Payroll/C&B position
Previous experience in QC/Audit fields will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of the Vietnam Labor Code, Personal Income Tax Law, Social Insurance Law
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law)
Skilled in checking payroll
Good attention to details
