Quality Control Manager

Complete records and documents as required by the customer: audit checklist, product standards.
Manage and update the Food Safety Management System documents currently applied at the Factory (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, Halal) to ensure proper operation, maintenance and compliance with the Standard requirements.
Collaborate with QC leader to check, update, manage the periodic testing and calibration plans (internal, external).
Participate in evaluating new and periodic suppliers of raw materials according to the plan.
Perform other tasks of the QAQC department when requested by the QAQC Manager.
Develop and collaborate with the related departments in Factory to carry out periodic activities according to standards: internal audit, mock recall, traceability, internal training, etc.
Coordinate and participate in improvement projects in the factory regarding: safety, quality, savings, etc. and other factory activities.
Participate in handling, monitoring and confirming corrective and preventive actions: Non- conformity of raw materials, non- conformity of the production process, customer complaints.
Participate in working with audit agency: Food Safety Authority, Certification Organization, Customers, ...
Check and update the requirements of Vietnamese and foreign standards and regulations (export markets) on food safety.

Required Skills

English (Intermediate: reading, speaking, writing)
At least 2 years experience at QAQC Position.
Be able to travel (audit supplier, audit the others Branch of Company).
Be able to work with English documents (read, writing): Standards, Audit check sheet, regulations of exported markets.
Good skills in using Microsoft Office (email, word, excel, power point).
Experience working: ≥ 02 years
Have experience for working with Certificate agency, Authority, Supplier.
Have Knowleadge and experience about the Food Safety QMSs: BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Halal.
Be able to writing, preparing the documents of QMS. (Vietnamese and English)
Have Certificates (Awareness, Internal audit) of the Standards: BRCGS/FSSC 22000/Halal
University graduate (Major: Food Technology/ Quality Management)
