Quality Control Lead

Implement and manage automated testing tools and platforms (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Develop and implement a comprehensive QC strategy (manual, automation, performance, security, compliance).
Evaluate and propose improvements for testing processes, error monitoring systems, and continuous integration/testing (CI/CD).
Monitor test coverage and ensure quality across all product layers: UI/UX, APIs, backend systems, mobile apps, financial data, and reporting.
Design and maintain standardized testing processes and documentation: test plans, test cases, test reports, defect management.
Define and track key quality KPIs such as defect leakage rate, automation coverage, SLA for issue resolution, etc.
Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and frontend teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Support recruitment and development of QC team.
Oversee product quality throughout the entire lifecycle: from requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment to post- release.
Design and conduct internal training programs to enhance testing capabilities, quality mindset, and automation skills.
Allocate and coordinate QC resources across project teams to ensure effective and timely testing with consistent quality.

Strong analytical and system thinking skills with a high level of accuracy and user experience awareness.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
Proficient in testing tools such as Postman, TestRail, Selenium, JMeter, SQL, Git, Jenkins, Jira.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross- functional teams.
Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and integration of automated testing in development pipelines.
At least 5 years of experience in software testing, including a minimum of 2 years in a Lead or Managerial role.
Fast learner with a keen interest in emerging technologies, especially AI- driven testing solutions.
Proven leadership abilities and experience in building and scaling QA teams.
