We are seeking an engaged and detail- minded QA Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Quality Assurance team and strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS). This role will also involve mentoring and guiding QA staff, managing inspection processes, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Managing and Controlling the Quality Management System (QMS)
· Support customer and third- party audits, ensure timely closure of findings, and maintain accurate quality records in line with regulatory and company requirements.
· Conduct internal audits for QMS compliance and coordinate external audits (ISO 9001:2015, Layered Process Audits (LPA), supplier audits, etc.).
· Ensure the QMS is properly maintained and controlled.
· Develop and implement quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation standards to support QMS improvements.
· Identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and lead initiatives to enhance the QMS.
Analyzing Quality Data
· Use QMS tools to track trends, non- conformances, and performance indicators, and recommend improvements to processes and product quality.
· Identify and implement solutions to improve processes and KPI performance.
· Analyze customer complaints and returns data to develop corrective actions that address concerns and reduce return rates.
Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives
· Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to QA staff, ensuring compliance with quality standards and ongoing skill development.
· Lead root cause investigations for quality issues, manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Prepare and present quality performance data, improvement projects, and QMS reports, and coordinate with related functions to resolve quality concerns and optimize processes.
· Collaborate with cross- functional and Group teams using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC), Risk Assessment (FMEA), and Root Cause Analysis (PDCA, 8D).
* Working time: Monday- Friday: 8:00- 16:30, Saturday: 8:00- 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh (Hang Xanh- Thu Duc)/ Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
