Quality Assurance Supervisor

Purpose of Position

To supervise all quality assurance activities in Company.
To be responsible for all maintenane activities of quality assurance in Company.

Primary Job Responsibility

To plan and implement the calibration and controlling of all equipments in Company.
To follow customers complain and define their reactions which is related to quality of goods.
To ensure that all equipments and measuring tools always under maintenance and well operation, and timely calibration.
To supervise and inspect of quality of goods during production, ask for doing corrective actions, prevent the incidents in production which is affected to quality of goods.
To maintain Quality management system of Company such as ISO, Kaizen improvement, 5S,…
To responsible for supervising and checking samples, issue the goods quality for in/out materials/products
Edit and carry out testing SOP in compliance with customer requests

Knowledge Requirement:

College graduated

Experience Requirement:

Having experience 3 years experience in Supervisor or Manager in manufacturing, prefer in plastic/footwear industrial

Skill Requirement:

Understand the operation principles of industrial system in plant.
Very good in planning, communication and well presentable, proactive, tender, team work…

Personality Requirement:

Open and positive thinking, good in communication and team work.

Age Demand:

Age from 28 to 50 year- old.

Other Requirement:

Good healthy
