Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management:
Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to drive accountability and professional growth.
Coordinate workflows across analyst, compliance, and standards functions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of QA specialists (QAA, QAC, QAE), ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Quality Systems Oversight:
Guide the QA Engineer (QAE) in developing and maintaining product standards, supporting product development, and ensuring OEM/supplier adherence.
Ensure the QA Analyst (QAA) effectively utilizes ERP/Qarma systems to track defects, conduct data- driven root cause analysis, and develop improvement plans.
Oversee the QA Compliance (QAC) function in maintaining product compliance with US, EU, and international standards, as well as managing social responsibility and audit requirements.
Process Improvement:
Integrate defect trend data, compliance findings, and product standards into a unified improvement framework.
Lead cross- functional meetings with Production, Engineering, HR, and HSE to address recurring issues and corrective actions.
Establish KPIs for defect reduction, compliance adherence, and supplier performance; monitor results and adjust strategies.
Reporting & Communication:
Serve as the escalation point for quality concerns, audits, and critical nonconformance issues.
Consolidate reports from QAA, QAC, and QAE into clear dashboards for senior management.
Communicate QA priorities, findings, and improvement initiatives to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Training & Development
Support team members in developing skills in compliance, standards, and data analysis.
Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and ethical compliance throughout the supply chain.
Coordinate training for production teams and suppliers on QA expectations, compliance regulations, and product standards.
