Quality Assurance (QA)

Overall:
• Development and implementation of robust quality management system ISO/IEC 17025 that
enable ALS in Vietnam to comply with accreditation and legislative requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring that all test methods or documents are updated to
relevant standards, etc.
• Facilitate cross functional teams to identify critical quality control points,
and communications systems to monitor and improve organizational quality
document processes, develop quality KPIs to measure quality performance
performance
• Implement communications program to increase awareness of Quality
management systems requirements, benefits, and process.
• Conducting internal audits as required
• Oversees risk management
• Development, preparation and facilitation of quality related reports and
management review meetings
• Lead and participate in audit by external accreditation and certification
bodies related to ALS in Vietnam
Details:
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• SOP Development: Create, review, and update Standard Operating
Procedures for all laboratory processes and methods.
• Training: Train laboratory personnel on SOPs to ensure compliance and
understanding of quality standards.
Calibration and Maintenance
• Equipment Calibration: Ensure that laboratory instruments and equipment
are regularly calibrated and maintained according to established schedules.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and monitor a preventive maintenance
program to minimize equipment failure and ensure accuracy.
Quality Control (QC)
• Testing Protocols: Develop and implement QC protocols to test and
validate laboratory methods and results.
• Data Review: Review laboratory data and results for accuracy,
completeness, and compliance with quality standards.
Internal Audits and Inspections
• Conduct Audits: Perform regular internal audits to assess compliance with
quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Regulatory Inspections: Prepare for and facilitate external inspections by
regulatory agencies, ensuring all necessary documentation is available and
accessible.
