Quality Assurance Manager

Supervises: QA/QC Inspectors and Laboratory Technicians
Reports to: Operations Director
Role Summary:
Ensures that all materials and finished products comply with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality benchmarks. Sustains FSSC, GMP, and Halal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal and supplier audits and drive quality improvements.
Support product trials and new material validations.
Supervise raw material, in- process, and final product testing.
Manage implementation of QMS, FSSC 22000, Halal, and customer audits.
Maintain calibration and laboratory documentation.
Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for customer complaints.
Coach operators on defect prevention and documentation accuracy.

Education & Experience
● Minimum 7–10 years experience in QA within packaging, FMCG, or food manufacturing.
● Hands- on knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and Halal standards.
● Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
Experienced in data analysis, SPC, and risk- based quality control.
