Handling customer claims
- Received information, make containment action, analysis & make corrective & preventive countermeasure actions
Summarize claim to make systematic improvement
- Summarize all claim & give out system cause- - > cooperate with all team to improve system
Customer ISIR approval submission
- Be a contact window between KGP & KVP team
- Collect & check ISIR document for submitting to customer

- Male
- Priority given to candidates from former Hai Duong province
- Graduated from university with a major related to Engineering: Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, Automotive Technology, Materials Engineering, etc.
- Proficient in office computer skills
- Able to communicate in English
- Fresh graduates are accepted
