QT Leader (C++)

• Implement software solutions using C++ and QT, following coding standards and best practices.
• Prepare and review unit test specifications, conduct unit testing, and ensure code coverage.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for medical software development.
• Participate in code reviews and document software specifications for effective communication.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams for seamless software integration.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging for reliable software with optimal performance.
• Lead a team of QT engineers and oversee successful software projects.
• Stay up- to- date with emerging technologies and industry standards for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain high- quality software for medical equipment, collaborating with cross- functional teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends in QT, C++, and related technologies
• Integrate software changes and resolve issues.

• Solid understanding of software compilation, linking, and version control tools (e.g., RTC, Jira).
• Proven experience in software engineering and developing scalable applications following coding best practices.
• Experience with in- house software development for customers, not outsourcing companies.
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming language and QT framework.
• Familiarity with design patterns, multi- threading, IPC, and debugging.
• Experience in Linux development environment and system programming.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science required (Master&039;s degree preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience leading software development teams.
