Job Overview
To effectively lead on all QHSE matters for the Hai Duong Facility. The job holder will be expected to reinforce all aspects of safety, environment, quality, processes, and compliance, ensuring that processes are consistently being adhered to and standards are maintained and improved.
Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Duties

Collation and reporting of QHSE data, including incident investigation and continual improvement
Lead, develop, coach, and motivate a team of QHSE Assistants. Evaluate that their day- to- day activities are in line with the “competency framework,” creating and implementing individual development plans for each of them
Responsible for investigating any issues across all aspects of QHSE, and responding appropriately to external and internal stakeholders
Responsible for collating production data from the day and night shifts, through analysis ensure data is correct before producing a report to management
To attend weekly production meetings, reporting and raising all quality issues and concerns
Interfaces daily with the General Manager for all site QHSE matters
Internal auditing to include all aspects of quality, health safety and environment

Skills

Strong manufacturing background
Excellent English language skills.
Knowledge of working within an ISO environment with integrated ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 systems.
Superior communication skills and the ability and confidence to tackle remedial issues and drive towards resolutions.
Good understanding of Vietnamese legal and statutory requirements for HSE
Able to perform thorough and effective root cause analysis and corrective action.
Recognised certificate in Occupational health and safety or other relevant qualification
Risk based thinking/approach to QHSE
Knowledge of Office with a strong Excel capability.

Schedule:

8:30- 17:00 Monday to Friday and 7:30 to 11:30 Sat morning
