QC Technician

- Experience in working with inspection equipment, such as mechanical measuring devices.
- Audit Incoming Inspection activities. Ensure that all related inspection and testing activities with regards to the meet standards.
- Perform to audit first article inspection report and review on physical product.
- Perform defect analysis reporting.
- Initiate timely CAPA, Non- Conforming materials, products, and reports on time.
- Knowledge of quality systems ISO 9001:2015.
- Perform to audit line start up condition before running.
- Perform line and product audits.
- Technical skills in one of the followings:
+ Mechanical fastener & chassis components
+ Power Supplies
+ Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
+ Electromechanical connectors & fasteners
+ Cables & wired interconnect assemblies
+ Molded Plastic Parts
+ Gluing, Mating, and Fastening Processes for Enclosures
+ Displays
- Travel to supplier locations to conduct audits and inspections.
- Perform other assignments as requested.
- Hands on experience in performing assessment of production processes to determine compliance with requirements/specifications, documentation, and reporting.
- Disciplined, self- directed, task- oriented.

- Language: Able to use English or Mandarin: reading and writing.
- Certificates, licenses and registrations preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001
- Computer skills required: MS Office
- At least 1 year experience in Quality Field, Manufacturing Process
- Graduate Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electronic background from College/ Vocational
