QC Supervisor

Main role:
Plain QC Supervisor is the person responsible for the quality of the goods, which can be defaulted from the time of import to the time of delivery to the customer. The purpose is to ensure that the goods meet the allowed standards and still ensure the efficiency of increasing productivity.

Advised factories on necessary amendments on designs and/or construction during production when quality issue arise.
Participate in preproduction/production/after- production meeting as needed to understand customer requirements for upcoming/existing styles and highlight potential quality problems before production.
Perform inline inspection, pre- final audit and final inspection in finishing department.
Set QA compliance objectives and ensure the standards and targets are met from sampling to production. Ensure compliance with product specifications from customers’ as well as international standards.
Perform in- house QA role of approve QA/PP sample and give comments. Conduct sample evaluation in terms of fitting, measurement, construction, making method, workmanship & functional performance
Perform in- line inspection and end- of- line inspection in printing and sewing floor.
- Closely monitor and urge the departments to strictly implement the production plan to meet the productivity, progress, and quality requirements.
Ensuring the right quality of the outward garment by conducting quality audits in manufacturing process.
Responsible for analysis quality reports and prepare improvement plan.
Maintain hygiene for 6s at work

Fluent English
Graduate Bachelor&039;s degree related Garment Technology.
Good knowledge of product quality.
People management: building/employee motivation
Extensive knowledge of operation/ability to see and mitigate risk/ lead initiatives when necessary
Have worked 4 – 6 years in the garment industry and specialized checking product quality.
Strong relationship and coaching, mentoring, leadership
