About the Role
The Quality Control (QC) Manual is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications. This role involves conducting comprehensive testing across various domains, including CMS, e- commerce, and finance systems. The QC Manual will design and execute test plans, analyze test results, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
Pressure Management: Manage work pressure effectively, maintaining high performance and quality standards.
Web/Mobile Testing: Execute tests on web and mobile platforms, focusing on black- box and UI/UX testing.
Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
Software Testing: Conduct thorough testing of software applications, including CMS, e- commerce, and finance systems.
Continuous Learning: Adapt quickly to new tools and methodologies, maintaining effective communication in English, especially with our Singapore- based Product Owner (PO).
Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough coverage and efficient testing processes.
Issue Resolution: Communicate effectively to resolve issues and ensure optimal outcomes.
Data Verification: Utilize basic SQL and other data retrieval methods to verify and validate data.
API Testing: Perform API testing to ensure robust and reliable software interactions.
Requirements
API Testing: Proven experience in API testing.
English Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English, particularly with a Singapore- based PO.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop effective test plans and strategies.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing or equivalent roles, particularly in CMS, e- commerce, or finance.
Work Ethic: Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle work pressure.
Web/Mobile Testing: Proficiency in web and mobile testing, including black- box and UI/UX testing.
SQL Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL and other data retrieval methods.
Independent Work: Demonstrated ability to work independently with high responsibility and accountability.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to facilitate optimal issue resolution.
