QC Manager QA QC, Tester

Pyramid Vietnam is looking for a talented and innovative Quality Control Manager to support the development of advanced electronic products used in scientific and medicalapplications.
This position provides significant flexibility and autonomy, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a self- directed environment, is motivated by curiosity, and takes pride in creating high- quality products for the high- end electronic instrumentation market.
Key Responsibilities

Working with development team to develop appropriate test plan/strategy, to ensure full requirements, functional and non- functional, are met.
Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Collaborating with R&D, production, and compliance teams to improve quality systems
Lead group of 3 or 4 QC engineers to:
Work with developers to perform root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Provide documentation in compliance with the company’s quality plan.
Perform manual test and automatic test, with focus on automatic test by Python.
Write and execute test plan, provide test report, record defect.
Monitor quality metrics and report trends to management

Required

Critical thinking and problem solving
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field
At least 5 years’ experience as a QA engineer AND at least 2 years as QA team leader
Graduating at any major of university/college is welcome. IT major is plus
Experiences on QA/QC process
Able to read and write in English, this is essential. Good oral communication is plus
A passion for quality
Able to work well with other team members
Strong analytical, documentation, and process- oriented skills

Preferred

Familiarity with digital signal processing techniques
Knowledge and desire of using AI in QA/QC
Able to write test case in Python is plus
Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA)
Familiarity with testing embedded devices, using oscilloscope and waveform generator
