QC Executive

Dunlopillo Vietnam is looking for an experienced professional in ISO, Quality Management System (QMS), and Environmental Management System (EMS) to join our team and contribute to maintaining world- class standards in product quality and environmental sustainability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
QMS Compliance (ISO 9001)

Coordinate with Production/Quality teams on Pre- Production Approval (PPA) and related quality checks.
Maintain and update SOPs related to QMS.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards.
Support RCA and Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
Conduct internal audits and follow up on non- conformance (NC) closure.

EMS Compliance (ISO 14001)

Monitor and report on waste, emissions, and energy usage.
Coordinate with Factory teams on safe handling/disposal of hazardous materials.
Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and environmental regulations.
Support initiatives to reduce waste and environmental impact.

Audits, Inspections & Certifications

Assist in preparing for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 audits.
Conduct internal audits (supplier audits when required).
Maintain compliance documentation and reports.

Training & Continuous Improvement

Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Provide basic training on QMS/EMS procedures.
Support quality and sustainability awareness activities.

REQUIREMENTS

Good analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with Production/Quality/EHS teams and follow compliance procedures.
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in ISO/QMS/EMS roles.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and basic experience with internal audits.
Male candidate preferred; age 25–40.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environment, or related field.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
