Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily factory inspection data statistics and follow up solving of the issues
Assist on Quality Audits, e.g. ISO9001, FSC Audits and submit CAPA after audits
Make Daily statistics and report of abnormal quality data from production
Coordinate Inspection Schedule with Clients, follow up the progress of inspection and provide feedback or solve the abnormal issues from inspection
In charge of third- party tests for new products and annual tests for regular products
Assist superiors in summarizing customer complaints records and filing
Other tasks assigned by Superior
Assist in handling the composing, updating, and maintenance of quality system documents
Update the monthly quality inspection report.
Complete self- check report by following the requirement of Clients, e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Target, Momax, etc.

Proactive and accountable
Good communication and problem- solving capabilities
College or above, min. 3- year experience on Quality
Good language capability, either fluent English or Chinese
Proficient with Excel, Outlook, PPT, etc.
