QC Automation Engineer

We are looking for
a QA Automation Engineer
with a strong background in test automation and a passion for product quality. This role is ideal for someone who not only enjoys hands- on testing but also thrives in mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvements.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product quality and team productivity.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to understand product functionality and architecture.
Support UAT phases and collaborate with stakeholders to validate product readiness.
Execute automated and manual test cases, report bugs clearly, and follow through to resolution.
Ensure test environments are properly configured, maintained, and aligned with testing needs.
Design, implement, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts for both frontend and backend systems.
Lead and mentor junior QA engineers in automation best practices and testing approaches.
Translate business and technical requirements into detailed, structured test plans and test cases (both manual and automated).

At least 3 years of experience in software testing, especially automation.
Knowledge in cross- browser and mobile application testing.
Experience in REST API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
Hands- on experience with Playwright.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with performance testing methods and tools.
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or similar.
Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle, strategies, and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
Knowledge of cryptography, security, vulnerability.
Proficiency in writing automated tests in JavaScript, using GIT, writing bash script.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI.
