QA Senior Specialist

JOB PURPOSES

Perform API testing to verify the integrity, accuracy, and performance of backend services
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and define test scenarios
Actively contribute idea to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards within the team
Log & track, and follow up on bugs using standard defect tracking tools
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to cover all functional and non- functional aspects of the application.
Contribute to test documentation and reporting, including test results, defects, and status updates
Execute manual testing of mobile and web applications across different platforms and devices including all testing activities.
Conduct database validation to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Testing and Quality Assurance

Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
Conduct manual and automated testing for web and mobile HR applications.

Create and Maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts

Write and maintain test scripts to cover all aspects of the application.
Develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.

Design Test Cases and Write Scripts

Design effective test cases to cover various scenarios and use cases.
Develop and maintain scripts to streamline testing processes.

Execute Testing Activities

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Validate the software’s performance and reliability through rigorous testing methods.

Follow Up for Issue Verification and Bug Resolution

Track and verify issues found during testing.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of bugs and issues.

2- 3 years of working experience in QA/QC
Bachelor’s degree with major in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
G- local Competencies: Business Knowledge, Insights, Strategies and Solutions; Industry knowledge; English (CEFR Global Scale)​
