QA/QC ENGINEER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Use browser developer tools (Inspector, Console, Network tab) for debugging and troubleshooting.
● Collaborate with cross- functional teams to enhance QA processes and promote continuous improvement across the organization.
● Perform cross- browser and cross- device testing to ensure consistent user experiences.
● Ensure QA documentation is complete, clear, and continuously updated.
● Review and analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
● Execute manual and functional testing for web and cloud applications to ensure stability, performance, and usability.
● Identify, document, and track defects and issues using tools like Jira, and collaborate with developers for resolution.
● Participate actively in Agile ceremonies- daily stand- ups, sprint planning, retrospectives- providing QA insights and feedback.
● Provide testing effort estimations and assess risk factors for new features or large- scale projects.
● Conduct API testing to validate endpoints, request/response accuracy, and data integrity.
● Test in both on- premise and cloud- based architectures.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL DEMONSTRATE:
● Expertise in test management practices and tools, such as Jira
