QA Manual Developer (Senior)

Your responsibilities:

Participate in software planning and design activities to ensure quality requirements are met
Lead and participate in continuous process improvement efforts to increase the quality and efficiency of testing processes
Manage and maintain the testing environment and testing data
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure software application testing is integrated and effective
Identify defects and work with the development team to resolve issues
Participate in training and mentoring for other members of the team
Collect and analyze metrics to monitor testing progress and software quality
Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and conformance to business requirements

Your Skills and Experience:

Experience with manual and automated testing tools and technologies
2- 5 years of experience in software quality assurance (QA) or quality control (QC)
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and procedures
Bachelor&039;s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Knowledge of SQL and database technologies
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
