QA Manager

Training personnel on the quality system, raising awareness throughout the company
Update quality related issues into the quality management system
Plan to share, update and train on the Quality Management System for the whole company
Analyze the root causes when there is a system/product error, and then propose improvements and prevent recurrence
Developing and leading Kaizen/Lean/6 Sigma activities
Coordinate and conduct internal evaluation activities, supplier assessments, welcome and work with customers or certification bodies during quality system evaluations
Manage the system for implementing changes to Quality System procedures based on the implementation of Departmental SOP and Corporate Policy change
Create and maintain Quality System files and database to ensure information is accessible and accurate
Keep complete records of inspections, tests, and non- compliance reports
Implement Quality System improvements and CSR requirements
Manage the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001… and other relevant standards
Propose and implement improvement activities to optimize production processes while maintaining high- quality standards
Build, develop and manage production quality control systems, ensure input materials and output products meet technical standards and customer requirements.
Proactively develop quality KPI indicators, compile and report periodically to the Board of Directors
Manage and control all quality documents: processes, work instructions, forms, system versions

Location: Bến Cát, Bình Dương (Shuttle bus provided)

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from a University or higher in Mechanical Engineering/ Engineering/ Quality Management, or other related fields

ABILITIES & SKILLS

Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Document Control: Ability to manage and maintain QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records
Understanding of ISO, Lean Six Sigma…Green or Black belt qualification is an advantage
In- depth knowledge and experience in building, evaluating, improving, and enhancing quality standards
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Possess skills in communication, presentation, problem- solving, and decision- making

EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated understanding and direct working experience with quality and operational systems, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, RBA, and Lean Six Sigma
At least 5 years of experience in QA (system- focused) within a manufacturing or construction company, including 2 years in a managerial position
More than 2 years working in an aluminum and glass in an equivalent position (PLUS)
