Job Purpose:
• Developing, Leading & Managing on implementation Quality & Food Safety strategy,
plans & initiatives for the NGF (North Green Field) manufacturing including operation, Co- packers,
external warehouses and suppliers to ensure product quality as designed while
comply with PepsiCo Foods standard and policy.
• Supporting R&D projects on implementing product innovation and supplier
development at North Greenfield Plant & co- packer plants.
• Build organization capability to achieve business growth and improve capability
continuously.
Key responsibilities
At COSO (NGF plant):
Build & lead implement Food & quality systems for NGF plant: GMP, ISO 2000, AIB.
applying consistent template, forms and issuing guidelines for writing policy process.
Support to integrate other management systems such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 by

Co- operate with R&D region team, Procurement to verify suppliers in order to develop
new materials, new suppliers via SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance program).
Conduct market survey (at distributors & outlet) to understand quality of product out of
warehouse and have appropriate action for improving quality of product.
Working with Ministry of Health to register product quality, get approval for import
ingredients/toys.
Working with local government officers to provide required documents or explain if any
about food safety & quality Audit.
Working with all departments at plan to request required documents and inform
preparation plan about food safety & quality Audit.
Assign staff to investigate market complaints & liaise with factory – feed- back to sales &
help in customer/consumer response based on crisis management guideline.
Set up Laboratory: room layout, equip all tools, chemical, machine, test methods for
