QA Manager

Manage the implementation to ensure the quality of product.
Work with other departments to change/update SOP and WI.
Control and calibrate measurement equipment in factory.
Ensure that all records must be fulfill and keep in proper way.
Ensure that all the requirements of compliances are followed.
Make weekly, monthly, yearly report.
Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audit
Follow up all corrective actions to make sure that issue will not happened again.
Coordinate with production team to solve customer complaint and find out root cause and corrective action.
Handle customer complaints.

- Good English Skill
- Experience at same position at least 2- 3 years, prefer in simliar industry
- Good knowlege of quality assurance system, ISO system
- Graduated from University
