QA Manager

Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and international quality standards (AQL, ISO, etc.).
Prepare QA reports and documentation for internal audits, buyer audits, and factory evaluations.
Analyze defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Address and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues.
Conduct risk assessments and advise on process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce rework or rejection.
Monitor and manage in- line, end- line, and final inspections to ensure adherence to customer specifications.
Lead and train the QA team, including supervisors, inspectors, and auditors, to maintain consistent quality across all operations.
Maintain coordination with merchandising, production, and technical teams for sampling and bulk production quality.
Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures throughout the production process (from yarn to final sweater).

Bachelor’s degree in Apparel/Garment/Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QA within a sweater or knitwear manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of garment construction, knitting techniques, yarn types, and finishing processes.Familiarity with quality standards such as AQL, ISO 9001,WRAP....Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and reporting tools.Good at English
