QA Assistant Manager (Temporary 7 Months)

Responsibility 1: To Manage, supervisor and support issues related to quality assurance, food hygiene and safety at all stores with the aim of ensuring standard of operation management & control of inventory issues. stagnate, generate/ take action to improve
• Follow up legal documents related to hygiene and food safety at stores while ensure the product expiry date.
• Check and supervise problems related to product quality from receiving goods, display, expiry date, labels, inappropriate products at stores;
• Check and supervise the compliance with food hygiene and safety at stores including Tenant and direct sale areas;
• Receive, summarize and support to solve issues related to product quality of all stores;
Responsibility 2: Plan inspections and evaluations, test products in all stores, synthesize and analyze results, and recommend corrective action plans
• Make an audit plan for stores with R&D team
• Make a periodic plan for food product testing (test kit & laboratory testing) for all stores
Responsibility 3: Participate in building and updating processes and regulations related to QA department to guide store implementation and compliance
• Update new laws, new state regulations on food safety and new procedures/work instructions for all store QA
• Make and update regulations and guideline related to hygiene and food safety control at stores
Responsibility 4. Support training, training on food safety and quality management issues at stores to help stores meet operating standards
• Basic job training for employees (Label, personal hygiene, cleaning shelves, using chemicals)
• Test kit
Responsibility 5: Report to Operation Director
• Other reports on demands.
• Weekly report;
• Monthly report;
