About the Role
We are looking for a Python Developer with solid experience in backend development and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow. As part of our in- house engineering team, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and backend services to support our internal systems and business operations
Key Responsibilities

Write clean, efficient, and well- documented code
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software
Build and manage data pipelines using Apache Airflow
Optimize code performance and ensure system scalability
Develop and maintain robust backend services and scripts using Python
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams
Support team in deployment and integration processes

Qualifications

Basic English speaking skills (able to communicate with the team as needed)
Able to work collaboratively in a team- oriented environment
Strong understanding of software development best practices
4+ years of hands- on experience in Python development
Proven experience with Airflow for task scheduling and data orchestration
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and SQL

Preferred

Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to data engineering workflows or ETL pipelines
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
