Projects Manager (Working Place: Hà Nội, Thái Nguyên)

The Manager of Projects is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the design and implementation of improvement and capital projects to ensure they are completed on- time, within scope and within budget.
Main duties
• Effectively communicate and report on project status with senior leadership as required.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, laws and government regulations and integrate applicable industry best practices.
• Provide mentoring and guidance in the development of National staff to enable them to independently fulfill the above requirements.
• Measure project performance and reporting against budget to identify areas for improvement, developing plans to rectify both immediately and for future projects.
• Manage and lead functional project teams including manpower planning, costs and scheduling.
• Actively manage the project development and execution cycle: Preparing and reviewing project studies, design criteria, budget estimates, reports, plans and specifications prior to implementing and managing project construction activities.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of workloads, materials, and equipment, check work in progress to ensure quality and quantity standards are met, and ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained.
• Participate in and approve the tendering and selection process for specialist subcontractors or other organizations to assist in achieving project objectives.
• Collaborate with project and mine site leadership to develop project execution strategies, including key milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct and manage projects safely, on time and on budget, while upholding the project services objective of being independent and operating to the company’s governance.
• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Site construction for projects group activities.
