As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated eCommerce Project Manager to help us manage and deliver high- quality commerce projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful collaboration with clients and internal teams, driving delivery excellence, and ultimately contributing to On Tap’s growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed project plans, coordinate tasks, and assign appropriate resources.
Quality Control: Review deliverables prior to client presentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and high standards.
Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to PMO best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Local Team Leadership: Guide and support developers and QA in the office, balancing collaboration with accountability.
Requirements & Scope: Define and document client requirements, project scope, and deliverables; manage change requests when deviations arise.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, threats, or opportunities, escalate when necessary, and mitigate potential impacts.
Project Leadership: Own accountability for project execution, profitability, and timeline from kickoff to launch.
Release/Deployment Management: Oversee release schedules and deployment plans, ensuring efficient rollouts.
Client Engagement: Proactively manage client communications and expectations, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
Cross- Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA, designers, and Product Owners to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
Support Triage: Serve as the primary point of contact for triaging support issues, prioritizing tasks and delegating effectively.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to workflows, applying lessons learned across projects.
Business Insight: Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, processes, and industries to better influence project success.
Bridge Role: Act as the connector between Vietnam- based teams and global stakeholders, fostering alignment and smooth communication.
