Project Manager

Responsibilities

Manage project cost via Estimation and Daily TimeSheet
Manage the software development projects including but not limited to project planning, project budgeting, resource management, risk management, quality management
Coordinate with the QC Team to Define/Tailoring Software Development Processes and Quality Control Processes to Ensure high- quality products based on Quantitative Quality standards ( ISO, CMM )
Coordinate with Technical Architect in Technical Risk Detection and Management
Coordinate with other project Stakeholders such as the Requirement Definition Team, QC, CC, etc to make sure that the Projects meet Clients’ requirement

Requirements

More than 5 years of PM experience in a project with 5 or more people
Project QCD management, Problem- solving skills
Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Waterfall/Agile/ Scrum,…)
University degree, preferably in the IT field
Communication skills (verbal, written)
Experience in monitoring project quality, and risk management
Experience in at least one software development lifecycle and is familiar with others
Master of at least one software development estimation method

Benefits

Salary range: up to 65mil gross
Working location: District 3, HCM
