ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re currently seeking a strong passion for consumer fashion and highly organized Project Manager with a proven Agile background (Software/Tech industry) to join our Fashion Product Development team.
Prior fashion industry experience is not mandatory; however, a willingness to quickly adapt, learn, and effectively collaborate with creative teams is essential. You will regularly interact with expats and cross- functional teams to ensure seamless execution of all development projects.
In this role, you&039;ll take full ownership of managing timelines, resources, budgets, and performance metrics across our fashion product development team. Leveraging your Agile expertise, you&039;ll build structured processes, closely track team progress, ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DOProject Planning & Agile Process Management
Identify potential risks or blockers early and work with relevant stakeholders to remove them before they impact delivery
Closely manage and monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of products and milestones
Develop, standardize, and optimize Agile project management practices including task breakdown, sprint planning, retrospectives, and detailed reporting
Performance Monitoring & Decision Making
Ensure performance metrics and project priorities stay aligned with business objectives
Continuously monitor and analyze team performance
Regularly gather and interpret key data points (velocity, completion rates, resource utilization, development milestones), ensuring team targets remain relevant and achievable
Generate clear, actionable reports to support strategic decision- making at leadership levels
Cross- functional Coordination & Communication
Facilitate structured meetings with clear documentation of discussions, actions, and follow- up responsibilities
Serve as the central point for cross- team collaboration, maintaining alignment of goals and priorities
Team Development
Conduct regular one- on- ones, performance reviews, and provide coaching to continuously improve team performance
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development activities within your teams.
