Project Manager (PM)

Develop and manage project plans, risk assessments, progress reports, and communication strategies.
Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalate when necessary, and drive project success.
Lead and coordinate cross- functional project teams, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
Mentor and support team members to enhance overall project performance.
Participate in process improvement and knowledge sharing within the project management community.
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and third parties throughout the project.
Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle: from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring to closing.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
Solid IT background (software, infrastructure, or enterprise solutions) is an advantage.
PMP certification is a strong plus.
Good communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in IT, Project Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
English proficiency is a plus.
Proven experience leading projects with a minimum scale of 120MM+ VND (~5+ billion VND / ~$200K USD) is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, team mobilization, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem- solving, risk management, and decision- making capabilities.
