About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and results- oriented Project Manager to join our growing advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion. This role requires strong communication, problem- solving, and time management skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams (creative, media, strategy), and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive problem- solving, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Gather client feedback and incorporate it into project deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all project- related matters.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Resolve conflicts and ensure that all team members are working towards a common goal.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations.
Conduct thorough quality checks on all materials before delivery.
Process Improvement:
Develop and implement best practices for project management within the agency.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
A proactive, results- oriented, and collaborative work style.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience with budgeting and financial tracking.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
