Project Manager (Livestream - Chinese)

Project Management & Coordination

Collaborate with BD & CM teams in SEA to gather client requirements and objectives.
Develop project plans and execution strategies aligned with market and client objectives.
Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with timeline, budget, quality, and resource allocation.
Work directly with clients to understand their needs, KPIs, and business goals.
Communicate requirements, product/service information, and deliverables to internal teams (operations, creative, tech, etc.).

Market Research & Solutions

Recommend improvements and optimization strategies for project execution.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends and consumer insights.
Identify client needs and behaviors to propose appropriate solutions.

Client Communication & Management

Negotiate with clients on scope, timelines, budgets, and solutions.
Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
Provide clients with regular updates on project progress, results, and risks.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Reporting & Process Improvement

Resolve issues proactively, providing timely solutions to meet project targets.
Track KPIs, evaluate project performance, and provide insights for improvement.
Standardize and improve project management processes for greater efficiency.

At least 2 years of experience in project management, account management, or operations..
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
Good at Chinese; English is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights.
Strategic thinking, problem- solving, and risk management capabilities.
Good experience working with SEA clients preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools
