Project Manager English

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee our Project Management team in order to drive the successful execution of our ongoing projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include managing project deliverables, preparing progress reports, and developing effective communication and execution plans to keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Work with Stakeholders: Talk with business teams to understand their needs and share that clearly with developers and other team members.
Quality: Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Manage the Team: Oversee the Project Management team. Leading review cycles, performance management, workload, etc.
Keep Everyone Informed: Share regular updates with leaders and teams so they know what’s happening and where help is needed.
Empower with AI: Find innovative ways to incorporate AI use into day- to- day workflows.
Lead Projects: Own the planning and delivery of multiple software projects. Make sure deadlines, budgets, and goals are met.
Use Agile Practices: Run projects using Agile methods like Scrum, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Other duties as assigned.
Improve How We Work: Look for ways to make processes smoother and more efficient across the company.
Reporting: Provide reports for the CTO on development of projects, roadblocks, data, etc.
Support the Team: Help teams stay focused, remove blockers, and work closely with HR to manage staffing when needed.

3+ years of experience leading teams in PM/BA/PO positions for software projects.
Bachelor&039;s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent English communication skills are a must- have requirement.
In- depth knowledge of Agile- Scrum methodologies.
Strong knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
Dynamic, proactive, dedicated, self- organized, and hard- working.
Ability to multi- task and work under pressure.
Experience in project planning, execution, controlling, and project risk management.
Problem- solving and leadership skills to guide the project team through the phases of multiple- scale projects.
Able to effectively manage various teams.
