Project Manager cum Business Analyst Agile/Scrum

Business Analyst Role (60%)

Propose models and solutions based on collected requirements.
Create user manuals and support end- users during product implementation and issue resolution.
Act as a bridge between Business Units and IT/vendors, ensuring DEV, QA, and UI/UX teams fully understand and implement requirements accurately.
Gather, clarify, and analyze product requirements from internal teams or clients.
Prepare detailed documentation: Business Requirement Specification (BRS), Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows, Wireframes/Prototypes.
Support QC/QA in manual testing and quality control processes.

Project Manager Role (40%)

Ensure budgetary objectives are met, adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis.
Track project performance, analyzing completion of short- term and long- term objectives.
Plan, monitor, and oversee UAT, Go- Live, and acceptance phases.
Manage project scope, timeline, and resources to achieve critical milestones.
Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.

❖ Requirements

Fluent in English or Japanese (speaking, reading & writing).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
Proven experience collaborating with international clients/partners.
At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager OR 3 years as a Business Analyst in software development.
Experience working with trading platforms, crypto applications, wallet/security solutions, or AI- related systems.

❖ Preferred Skills

Project management expertise with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills.
PMP or Agile/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and long- term commitment to the company.
Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong research ability, logical thinking, proactive, detail- oriented, able to work independently or in teams.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with broad technical and business knowledge.
